The rooms are definitely tidy but do not seem to be clean if that makes sense (my family tends to bring extra cleaning things anyway, so it definitely depends on your standard of clean). Very good air flow. If you're a fan of drawers and storage in the room, you may not like this place. However, there's great service and it's close to food/gas.

Very nice Hampton Inn in Germantown. Rooms were nice and cool. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Located close to some good restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was good! Very satisfactory stay!
Spent 5 days this past week at the Hampton inn Germantown for a multigenerational family trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and the staff was top tier. The area is safe, beautiful, and clean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the Memphis attractions are accessible by car. My only complaints are the lighting in the rooms is very dim and the windows are on the smaller side. Also, the gym is extremely small, but I was able to adjust enough to stay on program when it was not crowded by other guests. Finally, this hotel is pet friendly and guests did bring their dogs to breakfast while other guests were eating. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again during my next visit.
This is the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in in ages. Before I do anything else in a hotel I check for signs of a certain creepy crawly that I don't want to take home. None found of course. But in doing that check, I typically find all kinds of things that didn't get cleaned (in other hotels). Not here. Fantastic attention to detail in the rooms. Good breakfast. Super friendly staff too. I loved it. Such a nice stay. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells and hotels are the worst. This place smelled clean but not like cleaning products. Perfect!
This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It is in a great spot with nice comfortable rooms, friendly staff. And they have a decent breakfast. I wish there were better options but the breakfast will be fine. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting Memphis. The location is in the Germantown area, which has lots of great restaurants and things to do if you would love to play golf in Memphis has so many great golf courses.
We had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn & Suites, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from the front desk. There was the gentleman that checked us in as well as Nehemiah. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Nehemiah went above and beyond to assist us, always finding solutions with a smile and a genuinely caring attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only friendly but truly invested in making guests feel comfortable. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and we are so grateful for his kindness. Thank you, to Nehemiah for making a difference—we will definitely be back!
